At Fienyx, every translation project includes a localization pass. We never deliver text that merely converts words; we ensure the meaning, intent, and cultural resonance land exactly as you intended.
Confidentiality is non-negotiable for us. Every project is handled under strict internal data-handling protocols, and team members are bound by professional confidentiality obligations. Files are never shared outside the project team.
For legal, medical, or corporate clients who require it, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before work begins. Simply request one when submitting your project application.
We offer Express Turnaround for clients with tight deadlines. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days per 1,000 words; express projects can be completed in 1–2 business days, subject to team availability and project complexity.
Express projects may carry an additional rush fee. Please mention your deadline in the project application form and we will confirm feasibility and pricing within 1–2 hours on business days.
We accept most common document formats including .DOCX, .PDF, .XLSX, .PPTX, .TXT, .RTF, .ODT, and .IDML (InDesign). For transcription, we accept audio and video files such as .MP4, .WAV, .MP3, .M4A, and streaming links.
Deliverables are returned in the same format as your source file unless you request otherwise. Transcripts can be delivered as plain text, .SRT/.VTT caption files, JSON, or structured XML.
Our standard unit is the finished page for translation, editing, and proofreading (one A4 page at Arial 12pt, double-spaced, approximately 225 to 250 words, as defined by HPI). Transcription is priced per audio or video minute. Per-word equivalents are also shown on our pricing cards for easy reference.
Final pricing depends on the language pair, subject matter complexity, turnaround time, and service type. We provide a clear, itemized quote before any work begins. No hidden charges, no surprises.
Yes, absolutely. We offer a dedicated AI Content Editing and Humanization service that covers the full spectrum, from a quick grammar and tone pass to a deep structural overhaul. Whether your content was written by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI tool, we review it for accuracy, coherence, natural flow, and brand-voice alignment before it goes live.
We also offer Post-Editing of Machine Translation (PEMT) for AI or machine-translated drafts. A linguist reviews and corrects the output to publication standard, often at a lower cost than full human translation while still delivering verified, natural-sounding results.
